Advertising Policies

  • No ads for competitive fuels.
  • No alcohol, tobacco, health remedy ads.
  • No political ads.
  • The publisher reserves the right to evaluate advertising copy in light of the magazine’s overall character and objectives.
  • No space may be purchased for resale.
  • The publisher shall not be liable for damages, if for any reason, he fails to publish an ad.
  • No allowance will be made for errors in key numbers.

    Advertiser’s Responsibility

    All advertisements are accepted and published entirely on the representation of the advertisers or their agents that they are authorized to use and publish materials in the advertisements. Publisher accepts all advertising copy with the understanding that the advertiser and agents agree to indemnify and protect the publisher from all claims and expenses that may arise from any use, alleged misuse or unauthorized use of any materials in the advertisement.

    When placing an advertisement, direct response firms, except those offering personalized merchandise, agree to refund full price of any advertised item should it be returned by a dissatisfied purchaser. Direct response firms agree that if shipment of merchandise is not made in 30 days from receipt of order, the buyer will be notified of delay and given the right to full refund if the delivery date is unsatisfactory.
