Chocolate Nut Biscotti

Ingredients

1-18 oz. pkg. Devils Food cake mix
8 T. melted butter or margarine
2 large eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, blending well for 3-4 minutes. Mixture will come together in a ball. Shape into a 14 inch long x 4 inch wide x 1/2 inch thick log. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool about 10 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and slice into 1/2 -3/4 inch slices. Lay slices flat on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes longer.
