1-12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp desired flavoring extract
coconut, finely chopped nuts or cocoa
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave safe bowl, one minute at a time, stirring after each minute, just until smooth. Stir in condensed milk and one desired flavoring (orange, almond, etc.). cool until firm enough to roll into small balls, then roll in coconut, nuts or cocoa. Chill until firm. Store in an airtight container. *flavored chocolate chips such as mint or raspberry are wonderful, but be sure to use 12 ounces.
