Italian Venison Sandwiches

Ingredients

venison roast
3 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. water
1 t. onion salt
1 t. oregano
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. chili powder
sliced mild peppers, sautéed

Directions

Bake venison roast until done; slice into thin strips. In a large saucepan, combine bouillon cubes, water, spices and drippings from cooked roast; stirring well. Add meat and simmer in juice for 30 minutes. Remove meat from juice and place on toasted buns. Top with peppers. Pour flavored juice into individual serving bowls and serve with sandwiches for dipping. Double or triple juice recipe according to the size of roast used.
