Marshmallow Caramel Balls

1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
1 14-oz. bag caramels
1 stick butter or margarine
1 16-oz. bag large marshmallows
4 c. Rice Krispies

In a saucepan, combine milk, caramels and butter. Bring to boil and cool. With a fork, dip marshmallows in caramel mixture, then roll in cereal. Place on waxed paper. Refrigerate 1 hour.
