Brownies

2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. melted butter
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla
1½ c. flour
1 t. salt
1/2 c. nuts and/or chocolate chips (optional)

Frosting:
6 T. butter
3 T. cocoa
4 1/2 T. milk
3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 t. vanilla
1/2 t. salt
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Mix sugar and cocoa; stir in butter. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well and add flour and salt. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips. Put in greased 9×13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. For frosting, boil butter, cocoa and milk. Beat in powdered sugar, vanilla and salt. Add nuts. Frost and enjoy!
