1 small head lettuce, broken up
1 small head cauliflower, cut up
1 small red onion, finely diced
1/4 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 c. slivered almonds
8 ozs. mayonnaise
1 small can parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sugar

Prepare veggies and mix with bacon and almonds. Mix together the mayonnaise, parmesan and sugar. Dress veggies with mayonnaise mixture just before serving.
