2 eggs
4 c. apples, sliced thin
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 t. salt
2 t. baking soda
2 t. vanilla
2 t. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
Combine eggs and apples. Add sugar and oil. Mix together salt, baking soda, cinnamon, flour and nuts. Add to wet mixture. Stir in vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured 9×13 inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 375°.
Frosting:
1/2 stick butter
2-3 oz. packages cream cheese
2 t. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Combine above ingredients until creamy. Spread over cake when cooled.
