Apple Cake Pudding

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 well beaten egg
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
5 apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sifted flour

Directions

In a bowl combine butter, sugar and egg. Add apples. Fold in remaining ingredients. Put in a 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
