2 c. granola, any flavor, crushed
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 t. vanilla
1-21 oz. can apple pie filling, chilled
Mix granola and margarine thoroughly. Reserve 2/3 cup. Press remaining granola mixture into an ungreased 9×9x2 inch pan. Beat cream cheese in a small bowl until light and fluffy. Blend in milk gradually. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour over granola mixture. Sprinkle reserved granola over top. Refrigerate until firm, 3-4 hours. Top with apple pie filling. Yields 9-12 servings.
