1 c. sugar
1 T. (heaping) cornstarch
1 T. flour
4 T. vinegar
2 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple
4-5 Granny Smith apples, sliced
1 c. dry-roasted peanuts, chopped
1-8 oz. carton whipped topping
Combine sugar, cornstarch, flour, vinegar eggs and pineapple. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Cool and add apples, peanuts and whipped topping.
