6 lg. apples
cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 c. water
butter
Peel and slice apples. Put in a buttered, 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Combine sugar, flour, salt and water in a shaker cup. Shake until blended. Pour over apples. Dot with desired amount of butter. Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes. Scoop into individual dished and serve with cream, ice cream or whipped topping. Serves 6-8.
