For wonderful flavor and moistness, place a cleaned and dressed whole partridge inside the cavity of a whole fryer or large roasting chicken. Place the chicken on a rack in roasting pan and brush with melted butter, then season with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Bake at 400° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Both birds will be delicious.
