Chocolate Delight Pie

Ingredients

4 sq. Bakers unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. + 4 T. milk
8 oz. cream cheese softened
16 oz. Cool Whip®
1 4.3-oz. cook-type chocolate pudding mix
1 Oreo® crust
1 dark chocolate candy bar

Directions

Using 1/2 cup less milk then directed, prepare pudding according to directions; pour into crust. Let pudding form scum on top and place in freezer until cold but not frozen. Melt unsweetened chocolate with milk and sugar. When melted; remove from heat and add cream cheese. Mix with a mixer until smooth; refrigerate until cold. When cold, pour 1/2 of cream cheese mixture over pudding in crust; spread evenly. Whisk 1/2 of the Cool Whip with remaining cream cheese mixture until smooth. Spread evenly over pie. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Using a vegetable peeler; shave candy bar. Sprinkle chocolate shavings over pie and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
