4 c. peeled, cored and diced apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
Mix these ingredients together and let stand, then add
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
Combine with apple mixture. Place in a greased, 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes.
