Teriyaki Venison

Ingredients

2 lbs. venison steak, sliced in 1/4-inch strips
1 can concentrated beef consommé, undiluted
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 t. salt
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped green onions with tops
1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions

Slice venison diagonally. In medium bowl combine beef consommé, soy sauce, salt, lemon juice, brown sugar and onion; stir. Add meat and toss to coat. Refrigerate overnight. Drain meat. Place meat on broiler pan and broil 4 inches from heat until tender, about 2-3 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings. Serve with rice.
