Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts

1 c. ketchup
1 c. brown sugar
1 lb. bacon, cut into thirds
2 small cans whole water chestnuts
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together ketchup and brown sugar. Wrap ½ piece of bacon around each chestnut. Place in a 9×13 pan. Pour ketchup mixture over wrapped bacon/chestnuts. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
