Grandma Lewak’s Beef Stew

1 lb. cubed beef
2 lg. potatoes, cubed
2 lg. carrots, sliced
1 15-oz. can mixed green beans, peas, and corn, drained
2 32-oz. cans beef broth
3 beef bouillon cubes
2 bay leaves
1/4 t. parsley
1/4 t. black pepper
1/4 t. salt
1 15-oz. can diced tomatoes
1 large onion, diced

Add all ingredients in a slow cooker set on low. Cook 10 hours.
