Ham Loaf

1 1/2 lbs. smoked ham and 1/2 lb. pork; ground together
2 eggs
2 c. Special K® cereal
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 t. dry mustard
8 3/4-oz. can crushed pineapple

Mix meat, eggs and cereal together in bowl. Form into 2 loaves. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Place foil loosely over loaf while baking. For glaze, mix remaining ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Pour half over top of loaf when you start to bake. Pour 2nd half 20 minutes later. Continue to spoon over loaf every 15 minutes.
