Tootsie Rolls

2 T. butter, softened
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
3 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. white corn syrup

Mix all ingredients together. Knead like bread dough, rolling into a rope. Cut. If sticky, add powdered milk. Let dry for 30 minutes before storing.
