1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 small package instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. red wine
1 t. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients. Beat 5 minutes with electric mixer. Pour batter into greased and floured angel food cake pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove onto plate; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
