Fresh Tomato Salsa

12 large tomatoes, peeled, cut into chunks
4 medium sweet onions, thinly sliced
4 stalks celery, sliced
2 green peppers, sliced
2 T. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
2 t. mustard seed

Combine all ingredients and mix until sugar is dissolved. Excellent with eggs, hash browns and many other things. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 2½ quarts.
