2 c. cubed ham
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chopped celery, parboiled and drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 T. grated onion
1 T. lemon juice
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix together all but the corn flakes and place in a well-greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle corn flakes over top. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
