1 can kidney or black or dark red beans
1 T. diced onion
1 clove garlic, diced
1/4 t. cumin
dash of turmeric
2-3 T. cheddar, mozzarella, or swiss cheese
2 t. coconut oil or butter

Caramelize the onion and garlic in a fry pan in the coconut oil or butter on low. Mash the drained beans in with the onion and garlic, using a potato masher. Sprinkle on the cumin and turmeric. Heat on low heat, stirring until cheese melts.
