Broccoli Salad

1 head broccoli, cut into bite size florets
½ red onion, chopped
½ c. crumbled bacon
1 ½ c. shredded cheese
½ c. mayo
1 T. cider vinegar
½ c. sugar (or to taste)

Mix all ingredients together; toss with broccoli. Serve.
